What Happens if You Don't Ejaculate Occasionally? This is What The Doctor Says,

LiveSwastha. Do you have problems such as frequent urination, burning, discharge during urination, discharge of urine, discharge of urine, etc. Or, do you have problems such as swelling of the testicles, smelly discharge, pain under the penis, burning when ejaculating, and any of these symptoms are seen in men of any age, think that your prostate gland (male reproductive gland) may be infected. Former President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav was also diagnosed with prostate cancer after experiencing similar symptoms in a hospital in India. Later, he was treated in the United States.

He said, "If there is a problem with the reproductive gland in men, also called the prostate, the symptoms mentioned above appear. It does not mean that all these symptoms must be present to cause the disease. Even if more than one of these symptoms is seen, one should be alert to whether it is a prostate problem. Which can affect daily activities and also affect the kidneys. Some people may even have blood in their urine. Doctors say that this disease, which is said to be seen only in older people, has recently started appearing in young people in their 30s and 40s.

Doctors point out that this disease, which is easily cured if treated on time, can lead to cancer if ignored. According to urologist Dr. Deepak Rauniyar, although it is not a big problem when treating prostate diseases, if the infection increases, it not only causes a lot of trouble but also brings trouble to family relationships. According to the doctor, this problem has been increasing in most men in recent times. Urologist and kidney transplant surgeon at Maharajgunj Teaching Hospital, Prad. Dr. Uttam Sharma said that in such a disease, there is a feeling of decreased sexual power, having to force oneself to urinate, having to get up repeatedly at night to urinate, not being able to stop urinating, pain from the penis to the testicles, pain from the anus to the testicles, feeling like urine is not coming out or feeling like urine is coming out but not coming out when urinating.

‘The main function of the prostate gland is to keep semen healthy and help it grow. Semen is produced regularly when it is spent. When semen stops being spent, that is, it remains stable, then the problem starts to appear. To put it more simply, fill two buckets with water. Change the water in one bucket regularly but do not change the other. After a month, the water in the bucket that is changed daily will be clean, while the water in the other bucket that is not changed will start to become dirty. Yes, the relationship between semen and the prostate gland is the same. The more semen is released, the more the prostate benefits,’ Dr. Rauniyar said. According to doctors, prostate problems appear after months or years of not having sex. Therefore, to avoid this, doctors suggest having regular sex, drinking five liters of water in 24 hours, checking urine regularly to avoid infections, and eating foods rich in magnesium such as cashews, pistachios, almonds, and walnuts.
